The Journey: From Wet Lab to Command Line

I started my career pipetting samples and running gels in biochemistry labs. Like many wet-lab scientists, I was drowning in data but lacking the computational tools to make sense of it all.

"There has to be a better way to analyze this data than Excel and manual calculations."

That frustration led me down the rabbit hole of bioinformatics, data science, and eventually AI/ML. Today, I help research teams make the same transition - but without the years of trial and error I went through.

My mission: Make computational biology accessible, reproducible, and practical for every scientist who's ever stared at a spreadsheet wondering "How do I scale this analysis?"
